Preheat the oven at 375 °F (165 °C).
Cut the Chocolate Cranberry Loaf into 1.5-cm slices.
Cut each slice in half.
Brush the slices of bread with olive oil.
Bake one side of the slices in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes until the slices are golden brown.
Place a slice of goat cheese on each crouton and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
Finish with the broil setting for a nice golden color.
Once out of the oven, garnish with onion confit.
In a plate, place the croutons onto the arugula.
Sprinkle the nuts, black pepper for taste and drizzle with honey.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
