In a large pot, heat the butter, chocolate, and vanilla on low.Add the marshmallows and stir until everything has melted.Add the cereal. Mix thoroughly.Divide into two portions. Half goes into the bottom of a square cake pan. Press down to fill in the gaps. Pull on the paper and set this top crust aside.Place another parchment paper in the bottom of the pan. Add the remaining crust. Press down to fill in the gaps.Add the ice cream on top. Gently press down.Add the top crust. Gently press down.Chill in the freezer for four hours.Remove from the freezer and serve.
