    blue marlin steaks 3/4 in. (2 cm) thick each
  • Marinade

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    lime juice
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp.
    (8 mL)
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    oregano
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)
    cinnamon
  • 19 oz
    (540 mL)
    pineapple pieces, with juice

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
