Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Peel the oranges to discard the white pulp under the skin and remove the sections only. Set aside. In a casserole, add all ingredients for the sauce except the orange sections. Boil 2 to 5 minutes while stirring. As cooking is completed, add the orange sections, let simmer 2 minutes. On a double sheet of aluminum paper or grill basket, place the haddock filets. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. To serve, mask the filets with the citrus fruit sauce.

Preparation
