Preheat barbecue to medium. In a big pot, boil sausages for 1 minute. Cut in two and barbecue about 2-3 min. per side. Brush zucchini, pepper and onion slices with olive oil and barbecue about 2-3 minutes. per side or until cooked. Warm Ciabatta on the barbecue, fill with sausage and grilled vegetables and add mustard to taste.

Preparation
