Preheat the oven at 375°F (190°C) or preheat barbecue to medium heat. Pat trout dry. Season insides In a saucepan, mix cheese sauce ingredients together. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside and keep warm. In a bowl, mix butter, oil and fresh dill.. Baste with mixture. In the oven: In a pan, place the trouts and bake 12 to 14 minutes per inch 2.5cm of thickness On barbecue: In grill basket, place the trouts. Cook trout on covered barbecue, 12 to 14 minutes per inch (2.5cm) of thickness. Cover plates with cheese sauce and place grilled trout on top.

Preparation
