In a glass dish, mix marinade ingredients together.Add haddock fillets, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.Remove delicately and drain fillets.In a pan, bring some water to a boil.Add lemon juice and salt.Arrange fillets without overlapping in a steaming basket and place over simmering liquid, which must not touch the bottom of the basket.Cover and cook 10 minutes.
