Drizzle fillets with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill. In a skillet, heat half of the oil and cook fillets about 2-3 minutes. per side. Meanwhile, in a small pan, heat remaining ingredients over low heat until hot. Serve haddock fillets with caper sauce. Snow peas and herbed lemon rice make good accompaniments.
