Mix butter and flour well with a fork; add ham, Saputo Mozzarellissima Cheese and pepper. Make four patties, flattening and shaping evenly.
In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with a fork; dip patties in egg mixture then coat well with sesame seeds. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil over high heat and brown patties for about 1 minute on each side (do not overcook, sesame seeds burn easily); finish cooking in a preheated 350 °F/175 °C oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Pour half a cup of the tomato sauce on a plate, top with one croquette and serve with a salad consisting of mixed greens and your favourite salad dressing.
When cooked for 20 minutes, the croquettes should be soft inside and crispy outside.
These light wines are characterised by their simple fruity aromas, the sensation of freshness they leave, and their unassuming structure. They must be consumed young.
