Using a food processor, finely chop the onion and the mushrooms.
Add the beef, breadcrumbs, parsley and fruit ketchup. Season to taste.
Process a few seconds or until evenly blended.
Roll into 8 to 10 large meatballs. Then flour your hands and flatten into even patties.
Pan-fry 12 to 15 minutes or until the meat has lost all trace of pink.
