In saucepan, sauté Yves Veggie Bacon, garlic, and onion in olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add carrots, turnip, celery, and sauté over medium to low heat for another 3 minutes. Add potato, lentils, broth and bay leaf, cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until lentils are tender. Add Yves Wieners and simmer 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Preparation
