Peel and purée the kaki and tamarillo. Stir in teriyaki sauce and lime juice. Chop pepper and garlic. Add to sauce. Marinate chops 2 to 3 hours. Grill over medium high heat 5 to 7 minutes.

Preparation

Peel and purée the kaki and tamarillo.

Stir in teriyaki sauce and lime juice.

Chop pepper and garlic. Add to sauce.
