    celtuce (also known as stem lettuce, chinese lettuce), stems thinly sliced and leaves torn up
  • 12 oz
    (350 g)
    firm tofu, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp.
    (60 mL)
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    liquid honey

  • Sufficient quantity, toasted sesame seed oil
