In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade.Pour the marinade into an airtight bag with the picanha steaks.Preheat the barbecue on medium.Thread the beef onto the skewers while alternating with the red bell pepper.Grill the brochettes for 5 minutes on the BBQ. Flip and grill for another 5 minutes.NOTE:You could also make this recipe on the stove in a cast iron grill pan on medium.Suggestion:Serve with the salad of your choice.
