Prick sausages with a fork and blanch in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a glass bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Add sausages and macerate 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
Remove sausages from the marinade and drain well.
Grill 4 to 5 minutes, turning often.
