Preheat the oven to 160°C/325°F. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Put into a 20 cm (8 in.) aluminium bread mould and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil or shape into a bread 20 cm (8 in.) long and wrap it in a double sheet of aluminum foil so that the juice does not leak out. Cook in the oven at 160°C/325°F for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours. Serve with broccoli florets and grilled zucchinis.
