In a bowl, mix the salsa and coriander. Add the tomatoes, peppers, black beans and shrimp. Mix and set aside.Place 4 cups (1 L) of corn chips all around a platter or in individual bowls and place the lettuce in the centre. Break up the rest of the corn chips, add them to the salad and mix. Place the salad on the lettuce and serve immediately.
