Preparation

Follow the ingredients’ order

Lightly oil a 9 "x 9" (23 cm x 23 cm) square dish.

Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes.

Drain the dates.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave.

Chop the dates in the food processor. Add walnuts and vanilla. Mix again to combine, but without grinding the nuts.

Put the mixture of dates in the square dish and press well with the fingers slightly wet.

Combine chocolate and quinoa. Spread the chocolate on the date mixture.

Sprinkle with a few pinches of sea salt, if desired.

Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving. Keep refrigerated.
