Place marshmallows in a medium heatproof bowl and microwave for 35 seconds; quickly stir in softened cream cheese until combined. Scrape mixture into a piping bag or resealable plastic bag.Split OREO cookies in half and pipe one tbsp cream cheese mix onto half of the cookies. Dollop about one tsp cherry jam on each of the remaining halves. Sandwich halves together and freeze on a parchment lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.Place chocolate in a medium resealable plastic bag and immerse in a bowl of boiled water. Let sit about 5 minutes until melted.
