Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large baking dish, add the plums, apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix. In a bowl, combine the crumble ingredients with your hands or a wooden spoon. Spread the crumble over the fruit. Cook in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes or until the fruit are cooked and the crumble golden. Serve warm.
