Preheat barbecue to medium.
Trim pork chops.
In a pan, brown green onions in butter and oil. Add maple syrup, orange juice and garlic and simmer 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat about 4 minutes. Set aside.
Grill pork chops 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Ladle some sauce onto each plate and add pork chops.
