Heat oil in a large pan over high heat and brown pork strips. Season. Add mustard and vinaigrette. Stir to coat the meat and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Distribute remaining ingredients on the plates. Place pork over the salad, drizzle with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
