In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Place the beef cubes and vegetables and marinate for an hour or more. Preheat the barbecue or oven grill. Assemble the brochettes on skewers, alternating the vegetables and beef cubes. Season the brochettes. Grill the beef to the desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle herbes de Provence over the beef cubes.

Preparation
