In a rectangular dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add brochettes and refrigerate for 2 hrs. Turn brochettes a few times to coat evenly with marinade. Preheat barbecue to medium. Drain brochettes and put on the grill. Cook 3-4 min. per side.
