In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add ribs, onion, bouquet garni, salt and pepper. Simmer 45 minutes. Drain and set aside. Preheat barbecue to medium. In a glass bowl, mix glaze ingredients together. Place ribs on a sheet of foil and brush generously with BBQ glaze. Cook 5-7 minutes per side.
