Brown onions in olive oil. Add eggplant, zucchini, red and green pepper, green and wax beans, garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato juice, pesto, tamari sauce and fines herbes. Simmer for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation
