Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.With a knife, finely cut all the shrimps and the scallops.Transfer all of it in a bowl and add all the other ingredients, except pastry. Mix wellWith a rolling pin, roll pastry and cut into 24 squares of 7.5 cm x 7.5 xm (3" x 3").Spoon about 15 mL (1 Tbsp.) filling per square. Crimp the edges to form a bundle.Bake at 15 minutes.Serve hot.
