In a large saucepan, heat oil and brown leeks and onion for 3 minutes. Add potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil. Over medium heat, cook uncovered for 25 min. Blend soup in electric blender and return to saucepan. Add cream and seasoning. Continue to cook for a few minutes to reheat soup.

Preparation
