Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Blend all topping ingredients, except the shrimp, together well in a blender. Set aside.
Toast the bread in the oven. Turn bread over and cover with mozzarella. Return to oven until cheese melts.
Put some smoked salmon mix over melted cheese and top with shrimp.
