Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.Blend all topping ingredients, except the shrimp, together well in a blender. Set aside.Toast the bread in the oven. Turn bread over and cover with lettuce.Put some smoked salmon mix over melted cheese and top with shrimp.Serve warm.

    smoked salmon sliced

    extra virgin olive oil

    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    fresh parsley, chopped

    large shrimp cooked shelled

Preparation

Toast the bread in the oven. Turn bread over and cover with lettuce.

Put some smoked salmon mix over melted cheese and top with shrimp.

Serve warm.
