Preheat oven to 375oF (190 °C).In a food processor, mix all ingredients, except milk, together.Chill 15 minutes in the refrigerator.Roll dough out 1/2 in. (1 cm) thick.Cut cakes out of dough with a cookie cutter.Place pancakes on a baking sheet.Score pancakes with a fork and baste with milk.Bake until golden brown.Serve hot.
