Coat the pork strips with the mixed dry seasonings - cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.
Heat a wok over high heat. Pour in the oil and sauté the pork and pepper strips.
As soon as the pork is cooked, toss in the bean sprouts, spinach, and nuts.
Add some water to create steam.
Stir the ingredients constantly until the spinach wilts, about 3 minutes, then add citrus segments at the end.
Adjust the seasoning.
Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
