In a bowl, gently mix the strawberries, cantaloupe, ginger, vinegar, lime juice, oil and coriander. Season with salt and pepper and let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.Cut off the base of the endives; remove 30 leaves. Place 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of the fruit tartar on each leaf and garnish with small fresh coriander leaves.Serve right away.
