Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.In a pan, brown onion and garlic a few minutes in a butter/oil blend. Add ground beef and cook 5 to 6 minutes.Add peppers and cook 3 to 4 minutes more.Stir in tomatoes and seasoning. Mix well and simmer over low heat 15 minutes.Stuff cannelloni with the mixture and put in a Pyrex casserole dish.Blend tomato sauce with water and pour over the cannelloni.Cover and bake at 350°F / 180°C 30 to 35 minutes.Serve with snow-pea salad.
