In a large saucepan, sear the meat in the oil until it's no longer pink. Add the vegetables, ginger, pineapple, broth, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, and cook until tender. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch to the desired consistency. Serve over cooked rice.

Preparation
