In a small saucepan, cover the peas with salted water and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and purée in a food processor. In a mixing bowl, combine the pea purée, pearl bocconcini, basil, garlic and flour. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 12 patties and coat well with sesame seeds. In a skillet, fry the patties in oil for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Combine the oil, teriyaki, ginger, honey, lemon juice and sesame oil (if using) to make the dressing. For your bento, arrange a cocktail skewer of pork next to a few pea patties then drizzle a generous spoonful of dressing over everything.
