Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.Brown garlic for several seconds in a butter/oil mixture.Add remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a boil and remove immediately from heat. Set half of sauce aside.Place chicken strips on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil.Baste chicken strips with remaining sauce and barbecue 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently.Top strips with reserved sauce and serve.

    fresh chicken strips

  • tandoori basting sauce
  • 2
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    green pepper mustard
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    2% plain yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
