Take a bit of rice, about the size of an egg. Place it on the diagonal half of a sheet of nori, and press lightly. Add a pinch of Wasabi, pollock, mango sticks, mint and some sesame seeds. Fold nori over the ingredients and roll into a cone. Stick nori sheet in place with a grain of rice. You can replace the mango with firm avocado sticks.
