In a small saucepan, dissolve gelatin in milk. Cook dissolved gelatin 30 sec.Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy.Pour into sherbet glasses and refrigerate for 1 hr.Decorate with fruit and a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
