Preheat the oven to 450°F.Slice the sausages in rounds.In an oven-safe pan, sear the sausages in the butter for 5-7 minutes over medium heat, coloring each side and making sure that the bottom of the pan does not burn.Meanwhile, add the white wine, the cream and the mustard.     cheddar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450°F.
