In a bowl, mix the flour, dill, salt and pepper. Coat the turbot well. Heat the butter and the oil in a frying pan until it is nutty colour. Cook the fillets 2 minutes on each side on a medium heat. Arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
