Using a mixer, beat egg together with yolk, milk and butter. Add sifted flour and mix until batter is smooth, without any lumps. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. In a skillet, melt a little butter. Add a few spoonfuls of batter, spreading it into a circle with the back of the spoon. Cook on medium heat until small bubbles break the surface and underside is golden brown. Transfer to a plate and cool, while making the rest of the blini. Filling: Brush blini with mayonnaise and top with turkey strips and cranberry sauce. Garnish with alfalfa sprouts.

Preparation
