In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the turkey cubes for 4 to 6 minutes, or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.In the same pot, cook the onions for 2 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, garam masala and curry powder. Continue cooking for about 2 minutes. Add oil if needed.Add tomatoes, reserved turkey, coconut milk and honey. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until sauce has thickened.
