Marinate cubed tofu in tamari sauce for 10 minutes or so. Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Brown tofu cubes. Add vegetables and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add clementines two minutes before the end. Serve over rice vermicelli. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy.
