Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, beat flour, eggs and milk until smooth. Set aside. In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and cook mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and zucchini until golden.
Add garlic and rosemary, and continue cooking for 1 minute. Salt and pepper to taste.
In a gratin dish, arrange vegetable mixture and pour batter over top.
Sprinkle cheeses evenly over quiche.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden.
