    (730 g)
    chicken thighs , skinless, boneless
  • minced gingerroot

  • 2
    garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    Selection ground paprika
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    2% Greek yogurt
  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)
    grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)
    sumac powder
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    shredded fresh mint

  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation
