- Sauce
- 1 cup (250 mL) chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Suggestion
If you want to add vegetables to a brochette, make sure the chunks of vegetables are the same size as the cubes of meat so they cook evenly.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
