In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add meat and refrigerate for 1 hour. In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients together. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Put steaks on the grill and cook 2-4 minutes per side. Spoon over sirloin.
