Temper your meat

  1. To ensure your cut cooks evenly and its centre is juicy and red, get your meat out of the fridge 15 minutes before you grill it.

Season before grilling

  1. For juicy and delicious meat, lightly salt it 30 minutes before cooking. Only flip the meat once when cooking and don’t flatten it with your spatula.

Let your meat rest

  1. To make it exquisitely tender, let it rest on the grill covered in aluminum foil for a third of its cooking time!
