Perfectly cooked meat

For a flavourful and tender meat, sear the cut before slowly cooking it in a slow cooker or the oven. Make sure its internal temperature reaches 82°C (180°F).

A time for every ingredient

Start by cooking your protein, your root vegetables, and your liquid. Add the green vegetables, such as bell peppers, once the dish is nearly done cooking to prevent them from becoming bitter. Then add dairy products, such as cream, right before you serve to prevent the fat from separating.
